Logins, roles and what each person can do.
Everyone who answers customers should have their own login, so the history shows who did what.
- Owner: everything, including the plan, billing and downloading all of the shop's data.
- Admin: everything day to day, including the website, settings, importing and the team.
- Staff: customers, messages, quotes and jobs.
To add someone, go to Settings > Team > Invite a team member (owners and admins), enter their name and email and choose Staff or Admin. They'll get an email to choose a password; until they do, they show as Invited with a Resend link. From the same list you can change someone's role, send them a password reset, or switch their login off.
