Plans and billing
What each plan includes, the free trial, and changing or cancelling.
- Starter: your website in one design, the full CRM, quotes, invoices, booking, portal, warranties and follow-ups, and 3 logins.
- Pro: everything in Starter, plus your own domain, any design, the AI assistant, and unlimited logins.
Start your 14-day free trial in Settings > Plan & billing (the owner). A card is needed to start it; you're not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then.
Manage billing in the same place opens a secure page where you can change your card, switch plan or between monthly and annual, see invoices, or cancel. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
Owners can download a copy of everything the shop keeps in Gearloom at any time, in Settings > Your data.
