Connect Square

Payments go straight into your own Square account. You'll need a Square account and about ten minutes.

1. Go to developer.squareup.com/apps, sign in with your Square account and create an application (any name, such as “Gearloom”).
2. Open it, switch to Production, and copy the Production access token.
3. In Gearloom, go to Settings > Integrations > Payments (Square). Paste the access token and set Environment to production.
4. Copy the webhook address shown there. Back in Square, open your application's Webhooks, add a subscription with that address and the events invoice.payment_made and invoice.canceled, and save.
5. Copy the subscription's signature key from Square into Webhook signature key in Gearloom, and save.

When it shows as working, invoices you send can be paid online and are marked paid in Gearloom automatically.
