Your first hour
What to set up first, and where.
Sign in at app.gearloom.app. Your dashboard has a Get set up checklist; each step ticks itself off when it's done, and links to the right screen. In order of what makes the most difference:
- Add your address and phone: they go on every quote and invoice.
- Add your services and prices under Products: quotes are built from them.
- Upload your logo in Website > Shop details (one for dark backgrounds, one for light) and pick your brand colour in Website > Design.
- Connect your email and connect Square in Settings > Integrations (see the guides for each).
- Set your hours and turn on online booking in Settings > Online booking.
- Add your Google review link in Settings > Business profile, so review requests send customers there.
- Set warranty terms on your products and switch warranties on in Settings.
